ShapthaRishi Research and Medical Foundation , a Public
Charitable Trust was founded in the year 1989.The benefits
of the trust is open to all persons irrespective of caste,
community or religion.
The Main Objectives of the Foundation are:
To establish , organize and render comprehensive
community health care systems including Preventive, Curative
and Primitive aspect of health care for the benefit of one
and all especially women and children in rural and tribal
communities.
To work for the eradication and prevention of
diseases like AIDS, HEPATITIS, CANCER through all streams of
medicine by correlating and coordinating with various
Government, Non Government, Quasi Government, Private and
Public Institutions. Also to associate with foreign
Institutions, Hospitals to promote research and development
in India.
The trust is managed by Dr.S.S. Manikandhan. M.D.(A) as a
managing trustee and supported by Mr.S.S. Ayyappan & Mrs.
T.D. Saraswathy as first trustees.
